City of Langford Launch

The city of Langford is a young, growing community of over 25,000 with ambition and a West Coast style. With urban progress and development always top of mind, Langford has made huge strides in the recreation and sporting area in the past few years – especially in the areas of rugby, mountain biking, tennis, and athletic facilities.

To help launch new initiatives and profile current projects to local media, businesspeople, athletes, and politicians, the City of Langford enlisted Brink Events to design and execute a high-profile outdoor launch event for 200 guests. We designed a full guest experience that included event elements such as tenting, food & beverage, floral, decor, event signage and display screens, entertainment, sound and lighting, and security. The new recreation initiatives and projects were showcased in a glorious manner and guests were delighted with the launch and overall experience.
