Douglas Magazine 10 to Watch Awards 2015

Douglas Magazine

About This Project

Douglas Magazine is essential reading for business leaders and innovators in Victoria and on Vancouver Island providing in-depth, local coverage of the key people, issues, and trends that impact the regionís business community and economic growth. Readership ranges from CEOs to small business owners looking to build better businesses, advance in their careers, and connect to the regionís vibrant business culture.

The annual Douglas Magazine 10 to Watch Awards are an iconic piece of the Victoria business landscape growing every year since inception in 2010. New ventures and start-ups vie for the opportunity to be showcased at the awards ceremony and profiled in the magazine.

Brink Events was tasked by Douglas Magazine to elevate the awards gala experience. Combining world-class food & beverage, elegant decor and floral, event lighting, and top-notch entertainment, we were able to design, create, and produce the most successful and elegant awards ceremony to date with the client being extremely satisfied with the finished product.

Whispers. Chatter. Conversations. We’re starting to hear people talk about events again…

Though the excitement is undeniable, we’re still practicing cautious optimism. But things are changing and improving, and the future looks promising. But just to let you know…

Brink Events is still around. We haven’t gone anywhere.

In fact, we’re more excited than ever about the event industry as we move forward. We truly believe that humans thrive on social interaction and engagement, and it’s been sorely missed. We can’t wait for the day we’re able to bring everyone back together.

Though we don’t have a specific timeline for the return, we want to open conversations. Please reach out to us if you have an event in mind or any questions. We have no doubt that things are going to get busy, so we want to start the dialogue now. We can’t wait to hear from you.

All the best and stay safe.
